Emily Andrew Mateos (ahn-dreh-o ma-teh-os) is the daughter to two amazing immigrants from Mexico, they learned from a young age the meaning of hard work to make your dreams and goals come true. Because of this she is a very proud Mexican-American who will always remind people Andrew Mateos are both of her last name!
Emily fell in love with theatre at a young age. They have been working shows since their 7th grade year when they did backstage and helped all the girls with their eyeliner for The Little Mermaid Jr. (which also happens to be their favourite Disney Princess) In high school she went on to be the youngest person to take over as the head of the costume and makeup department as just a second semester freshman. Since they were a little girl they knew that they had a love for hair and makeup and dreamt of growing up to be a hairstylist, which lead to them getting their cosmetology license while in high school.
Outside of theatre Emily is a cat mom to a spoiled cat by the name of Cloudy May, who loves to bite peoples ankles as they walk past. They would like to thank you for checking out her website and look forward to hearing from you soon!
